These terms are an agreement between you and DUCKGAMES ("we", "us") for the mobile game Golden Bell Slots (the "Game"). By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not play. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
1. No real money gambling
The Game is for entertainment only. It does not offer real money gambling or any chance to win real money, prizes or anything of value. Success in the Game does not mean you will succeed at real money gambling.
2. Who can play
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. You may not play where the Game is not allowed by law. The Game is not available in the Republic of Korea.
3. Coins and other virtual items
- Coins, piggy bank balances, levels and other in-game items ("Virtual Items") exist only inside the Game. They have no cash value.
- Virtual Items cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for money or prizes, or redeemed for anything outside the Game.
- We give you a limited, personal, revocable license to use Virtual Items in the Game. You do not own them.
- We may change how Virtual Items work, including prices, payouts and odds, to keep the Game balanced.
4. Purchases
- Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store and follow their terms.
- Purchases are final once the Virtual Items are delivered, except where the law or the store's refund policy says otherwise. Refunds are requested from Google Play or Apple.
- If a purchase does not arrive, contact us and we will help.
5. Your account
Your progress is tied to a Player ID. If you do not link a Google or Apple account, your progress may be lost when you delete the Game or change devices. You are responsible for the accounts you link. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see Delete your data).
6. Fair play
You agree not to:
- cheat, use bugs or exploits, or use bots, modified clients or tools that change the Game;
- interfere with our servers, the jackpot or other players;
- buy, sell or trade Virtual Items or accounts outside the Game;
- copy, reverse engineer or resell the Game, except where the law allows it.
If you break these rules, we may remove Virtual Items gained unfairly, suspend or close your account. Jackpot wins produced by errors or abuse may be corrected.
7. Changes to the Game
We may update, change or stop any part of the Game, including shutting it down. If we shut the Game down, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the Game where possible. Unused Virtual Items have no value and are not refundable at shutdown, except where the law requires it.
8. Ownership
The Game and its content (art, sound, code and names) belong to DUCKGAMES or its licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond playing the Game.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of Virtual Items, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
10. Ending these terms
You can stop playing at any time by deleting the Game and, if you like, asking us to delete your data. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you live in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring claims in your local courts. Before starting a legal dispute, please contact us so we can try to solve it.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for important changes, tell you in the Game. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
